How does it work?
MY 5-STEP CUSTOM PROCESS THAT DELIVERS RESULT
1. Discovery Call and Audit
We meet to understand your requirements, and to get you a custom quote.

In some cases like workflows update, I may recommend booking a Dubsado Audit first to analyze the system health and identify the best solution before quoting you a custom fee.
2. Onboarding and Homework
You make a deposit to officially book a spot on my calendar based on our mutual availability.
Once onboarded, I ask you to answer an Onboarding Questionanire that I prepare based on your project requirements.
3. Booking VIP Day
You pick a date for VIP Day from my calendar after completing the homework.

In the days leading up to our VIP Day, I do my homework to prepare for our call.
4. VIP Day
We kick off our VIP Day with a 1-hour strategy call and then I get to work to get your Dubsado ready by end of the day.
Though I don't usually need you to be available all day long, we'll have a few check-ins throughout the day to be on track and get any approvals, if needed.
5. Handover and Support
I hand you over the deliverables, related resources, and a recorded walk-through the next day.

I then stay with you for next 3 days over emails, to answer any questions or help you with doubts, while you master your Dubsado system.
